We’ll begin with our 136-point QuickBooks Online Diagnostic to help you verify the accuracy of your existing financial records, review the configuration of your invoicing system to QuickBooks Online Integration, and assess the overall efficacy of your current accounting processes.

While many business owners fear that changing bookkeepers will be a painful process that interrupts their business and hurts the bottom line, our proprietary Onboarding Process is designed to help you make the transition to No Bull Bookkeeping with minimal interruption to your operations.

Using the information gathered during your Diagnostic, we’ll develop a bookkeeping process that is tailor-made to your firm’s needs. We then ask you to invest approximately two hours of your time in the first 30 days to help us make the transition.

Once Onboarding is completed, you can expect to receive accurate, timely financial statements from us every month, guaranteed or your next month is free. Better yet, you’ll only have to put in about 15 minutes per month to answer any questions we may have—we’ll take care of the rest.

Your company is unique, and so are its bookkeeping needs. As such, the QuickBooks Online Diagnostic is required before we can provide you with a quote. The Diagnostic is a one-time investment of $300 and there is a $500/month minimum rate for monthly bookkeeping services.
